We understand that things happen and you may need to change your appointment. Please make an appointment change as soon as possible that we reassign your valuable time slot to your neighbor.

Before adding more services to existing order check your booked order slot for additional time availability here

If additional service time in your slot is not available place new order in available time slot and cancel existing order

You can’t cancel service from your booked appointment. Your existing order must be cancelled and new order is placed.

You can cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance - no cancellation fee

Less than 24 hours but not later than 2 hours before appointment - 20% cancellation fee

Less than 2 hours before appointment or no show up – CHARGE IN FULL

Credit will be processed and returned to your credit or debit card within 5-7 working days

We only use that information as verification process when customers take advantage of our discounts

We take your account security seriously. This is to ensure you are notified when your account is accessed on a new device to prevent any unauthorized use.

MasterCard, Visa, America Express and Discover are all accepted credit cards. You also can use your Apple Pay® or PayPal account to load funds.

Tap the Pay icon within your dashboard. On iOS devices, you can also go More > Payment. On Android devices, you can go to navigation menu (top left) > Payment.

This feature automatically transfers and reloads funds to your account when your balance falls below a set amount, so you’re always ready to pay for orders using the app. You can set it up in the Payment section and choose which credit, or debit card you’d like to use.

No, you don’t need to maintain a minimum balance. But when you’re loading funds to your account, a minimum of $15 is required.

The most you can load in a single transaction is $300.00. Overall, a customer may have a maximum account balance of $300.00 at any given time.
